Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for AI-Based Patient Health Monitoring and Predictive Clinical Decision Support The present disclosure relates to a system and method for AI-based patient health monitoring, physiological generation and predictive clinical decision support. The system includes a biosensor data acquisition module configured to acquire physiological, behavioral, environmental and clinical information from a plurality of sources. A digital biomarker generation module generates personalized health indicators via multimodal data fusion. The physiological engine generates a virtual physiological model of a patient and continuously updates the model to predict future physiological conditions and disease progression trajectories. The system also features a treatment response simulation module for evaluation of potential treatment results, a sensor reliability assessment module, a self-healing signal reconstruction module, and a predictive emergency escalation module designed to detect potential medical emergencies before the onset of clinical symptoms. An autonomous monitoring optimization module dynamically adjusts monitoring parameters based on risk condition prediction. The system offers explainable clinical recommendations and predictive alerts to facilitate proactive health management, improved accuracy in monitoring, personalized intervention planning, and enhanced patient safety.
