Abstract: ABSTRACT A System and Method for AI-Based Neurological Disorder Detection and Cognitive Health Monitoring The present disclosure provides a system and method for AI-based neurological disorder detection and cognitive health monitoring. The system includes a multimodal neurophysiological data acquisition module configured to receive neurological, cognitive, behavioral, speech, ocular, motor, physiological and sleep related data from one or more sensing devices. A processor generates a patient-specific fusion of neurophysiological and adaptive neural biomarkers for integration of heterogeneous neurological indicators . The system also detects signatures of micro-neurodegeneration, assesses neuroplasticity, cognitive resilience and neuro-aging divergence, and forecasts future neurodegenerative disease progression with predictive analytics. Self-evolving neurological knowledge graph improves neurological reasoning and enable explainable artificial intelligence-based risk assessment. The system provides personalized recommendations for cognitive interventions, reports on neurological health and predictive insights for healthcare providers and users. The invention as disclosed provides for continuous neurological monitoring, early detection of neurological abnormalities, personalized cognitive healthcare management, and improved disease progression forecasting, via an integrated and adaptive neurological intelligence architecture.
