Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a system (100) for multi-source case retrieval, context-aware risk assessment, and automated legal assistance using an embedded AI-based decision support architecture. The system comprises a case input module (102), preprocessing module (104), entity extraction module (106), risk assessment engine (108), multi-source retrieval engine (110), decision synthesis engine (112), document generation module (114), output delivery module (116), data storage module (118), and a processing unit (120) in communication with a memory (122). The system receives and preprocesses case narratives, extracts contextual entities, evaluates case risk, retrieves relevant legal resources and historical cases, generates structured decision-support recommendations and legal documents, and securely delivers and stores processed information. The integrated architecture improves retrieval accuracy, reduces processing time, enhances decision consistency, preserves privacy through anonymization, and enables scalable automated legal assistance for legal aid organizations, support agencies, and case management platforms.
