Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for additive manufacturing of forging tools with conformal cooling channels. The system comprises a design module disposed in a processing unit, configured to modify the design of a forging tool (102) to incorporate at least one conformal cooling channel (104). A simulation module, also disposed in the processing unit, simulates the design of the modified forging tool to validate structural stability and thermal performance. The system further comprises an additive manufacturing unit configured to print the modified forging tool (102). The forging tool (102) with conformal cooling channels (104) provides efficient heat dissipation during high-temperature operations. A post-processing unit is configured to remove residual powder, perform surface finishing, and conduct dimensional inspections. The system enables improved thermal management, extended forging tool life, and optimized manufacturing of high-performance forging tools.
