Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE SENSOR-INTEGRATED ENDODONTIC INSTRUMENTATION WITH REAL-TIME GUIDANCE AND CONTROL The present invention is concerned with a system and method for adaptive endodontic instrumentation, designed to improve the safety and accuracy of root canal treatments by monitoring the conditions inside the canal in real time and controlling the treatment process intelligently. The proposed system includes a sensor-based endodontic file consisting of a flexible nickel-titanium core equipped with multiple micro-sensors that monitor impedance, strain, curvature, and temperature within the canal continuously. The processing unit analyzes the collected data using multi-modal sensor fusion technology to create an intra-canal condition profile and determine risk levels associated with each procedure. The controller then adjusts the operational parameters, including rotational speed, torque, and motion, of the file and provides real-time feedback to the operator. Fig. 3
