Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION OPTIMIZATION OF FLANKING SOUND TRANSMISSION IN BUILDING STRUCTURES The invention relates to building acoustics and computational vibroacoustic analysis, and provides a system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium (330) for predicting and optimizing mitigation of flanking sound transmission in building structures. A data ingestion interface (100) receives building definitions, which are normalized in a central building model repository (110), while an element property library (120) and a junction and connector characterization module (130) derive frequency-dependent properties and coupling descriptors. A directed multigraph topology engine (140) generates a transmission graph, and a path classification and enumeration engine (150) identifies airborne, structure-borne, and hybrid paths stored by a path repository and path descriptor generator (160).
