Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR THERMO-REGULATED PRESSURE-CONTROLLED ANATOMICALLY ADAPTIVE EXTRUSION OF THERMOPLASTIC IMPRESSION MATERIAL The present invention relates to a thermo-regulated, pressure-controlled, and anatomically adaptive extrusion system for delivering thermoplastic impression material during dental border moulding procedures. The system comprises a thermally conductive, heat-retentive barrel configured to uniformly soften the thermoplastic material within a predefined temperature range, a temperature regulation and indication mechanism for monitoring optimal working conditions, and a pressure-controlled plunger assembly for providing consistent extrusion force. An anatomically adaptive nozzle system with interchangeable nozzle tips of predefined geometries and angulations enables precise and region-specific application along maxillary and mandibular borders. An internal flow pathway ensures laminar movement of the material, while flow-control and anti-drip features regulate discharge and minimize wastage. The device is reusable, autoclavable, and ergonomically designed with an insulated handle for safe handling. Fig.3
