The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system (1000) for image-based detection of canine diseases comprising a device (100) having data acquisition unit (101) to receive mages of canine and a processing unit to preprocess the received image to normalize and enhance image features; detect a canine and extract an anatomical region of interest from the image and selectively route the extracted region to one of a plurality of disease analysis modules. The device (100) generates a predicted disease class label and an associated confidence score, via the plurality of disease analysis modules and output a disease detection result via the plurality of disease analysis modules and associated decision-support information, and displaying the disease detection result and decision-support information via a display unit (105). Further, a remote processing server (106) is configured to store the plurality of disease analysis modules and selectively provide updated model parameters to the device (100).
