Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR PASSIVE WIDEBAND RADIO FREQUENCY SENSING The present disclosure relates to a system and computer-implemented method for passive wideband radio frequency sensing. The method (200) comprises receiving (202) analog RF signals (108) over a wideband spectrum via an antenna (102), processing (204) the received signals using a software defined radio (SDR) hardware module (104) to generate baseband signals, and converting (206) the baseband signals into streaming in-phase and quadrature (I/Q) samples. The method (200) further comprises continuously processing (208) the streaming I/Q samples in real time through a unified signal processing pipeline including filtering and frequency-domain transformation, and simultaneously channelizing and analysing (210) multiple non-contiguous frequency bands from the streaming I/Q samples without sequential frequency tuning. The method (200) additionally comprises generating (212) real-time output indicative of spectral activity across the multiple frequency bands based on the processing of the streaming I/Q samples.
