Abstract: A system (100) to generate a personalized oncology care plan is provided. The system (100) includes an input module (120) configured to receive a patient data of a plurality of users from one or more sources. A pre-processing module (130) analyzes the patient data by utilizing a large language model and generates a case summary. A processing module (140) generates an initial care plan based on the case summary upon extracting one or more relevant rules, techniques, and decision trees for a corresponding cancer type from a knowledge base by utilizing the large language model, wherein the large language model utilizes a self-reflection technique (proposer large language model, evaluate large language model and judge large language model) to constantly identify potential errors and refine the initial care plan though an iterative process.
