Abstract: Disclosed is a system (100) for non-invasive, real-time cancer-risk detection and classification using multimodal sweat biomarker analysis. The system (100) comprises a multimodal sweat biomarker sensor module (102) including a pH sensor (104), a volatile organic compound sensor (106), a temperature sensor (108), a humidity sensor (110), a pressure sensor (112), and an optical fluorescence sensor (114). A processing unit (116) receives sensor signals, verifies contact with a skin surface, performs analogue-to-digital conversion, signal conditioning, noise filtering, normalization, and feature extraction, and generates a multimodal feature vector. An embedded machine-learning module (118) locally analyses the multimodal feature vector using at least one supervised machine-learning model and generates a prediction indicative of a cancer-associated biomarker pattern. A cancer-risk classification module (120) classifies a user into low-, moderate-, or high-risk categories. An output and alert system (122) presents the classification and generates a visual or audible notification for moderate- or high-risk conditions. Fig. 1 is the reference figure.
