Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR WIRELESS TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT AND MONITORING OF HIGH-SPEED TRACTION MOTOR The present invention relates to a clamping fixture (100) and a method (200) for wireless temperature monitoring of high-speed traction motors, enhancing accuracy and operational safety. The system (100) comprises of a plurality of thermocouples (102) without mechanical interference, ensuring reliable data collection. A multichannel inductive telemetry system (104) , including a telemetry rotor (106) and a stator induction loop (108) , allows seamless data transmission during motor operation, facilitating continuous monitoring. The spot-welded thermocouple junction ensures mechanical stability and durability. Routing the thermocouple extension cables (114) through the modified rotor shaft (112) minimizes mechanical damage and enhancing system integrity. The adaptors (118) and fixtures allow precise axial and concentric alignment of the telemetry rotor (106) and stator induction loop (108), improving the accuracy of temperature measurements. The system enables efficient temperature tracking during motor operation and type testing, allowing early detection of thermal anomalies and potential faults. [
