The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and a method (300) for waste collection management. The method (300) involves acquiring, by a plurality of sensors (207), real-time depth measurement data of a waste bin's fill level, determining, by a processor (201), a fill percentage of the waste bin against a calibrated bin height stored in a memory (203), and upon the determined fill percentage exceeding a specific fill threshold, transmitting a data packet via a communication interface (205) to a dynamic repository (105) through a network (107), wherein a remote device (103) retrieves the data packet and generates a collection route comprising waste bins whose determined fill percentage exceeds the specific fill threshold, thereby reducing unnecessary collection trips and improving operational efficiency of waste collection management.
