Abstract: ABSTRACT A system and a method for routing quantum network through reward-guided generative flow orchestration is disclosed. The system physically distribute entanglement between quantum nodes with end-to-end entanglement fidelity and key generation rate while sustaining delivery within a coherence window. The system (100) includes a processor (105), a memory (110), the memory storing instructions causing the processor to receive a routing request (130) and network parameters (135) for a quantum network (115) from user device (125), and construct a directed acyclic graph (140) mapping the parameters to quantum network states (335) and state transitions (340). Routing trajectories (345) are generated by iterative state transition selection, masking transitions exceeding maximum trajectory length derived from a decoherence time budget. A reward-proportional trajectory selection probability (355) derived from key generation rate, entanglement fidelity, and path latency, maintains flow conservation (160) and enables routing diversity, adaptive node selection, concurrent entanglement distribution with redundancy, and refinement.
