A processor (201) computes a plurality of respiratory indices comprising a Flow Fragmentation Index, a Turbulence Persistence Score, an Airway Resonance Map, an Expiratory Decay Coefficient, and an Airway Asymmetry Score from the multimodal respiratory signals. The processor (201) generates a Composite LungPrint Score from a weighted linear combination of the plurality of respiratory indices and matches the Composite LungPrint Score against a disease library stored in a memory (203) to generate a respiratory condition classification and an output signal that configures the system (100) to display or transmit the respiratory condition classification.
