MUMBAI, India, June 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411100882 A) filed by Chairman, Defence Research & Development Organisation Drdo on December 19, 2024, for A System And A Method For Regulating Temperature In An Enclosed Space.

Inventors include Nazir, Sarfraz; Chaurasia, Om Prakash; Kumar, Rohtash; Chakraborty, Amlan; and Pandit, Anil.

The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a system (100) and a method (300) for regulating temperature in an enclosed space (202). The system (100) includes a primary heat regulating loop, a secondary heat regulating loop and a tertiary heat regulating loop. The primary heat regulating loop is adapted to circulate a primary fluid through a first heat exchanger (106-1) for heating the primary fluid. The secondary heat regulating loop is adapted to circulate a secondary fluid through a second heat exchanger (106-2) for heating the secondary fluid and circulate the secondary fluid through a third heat exchanger (108) for transferring heat from the secondary fluid to the primary fluid. The tertiary heat regulating loop adapted to circulate the heated primary fluid to a Fan coil unit (FCU) (110). A control unit (302) configured to maintain a preset temperature value in the enclosed space (202).
