Abstract: A system (102) for real-time personalised compatibility matching is disclosed. The system (102) includes a receiving module (305) configured to receive input data from a first user and a plurality of second users through at least one of a human-assisted interface and an artificial intelligence-based conversational voice interface. The input data includes preferences, behavioural traits, lifestyle attributes, and communication data. An artificial intelligence module (310) generates a personality profile, analyses compatibility, and identifies and presents one or more compatible matches. A communication module (315) is configured to receive a selection of a matched second user, obtain mutual consent, establish a communication session via encrypted communication channels, route communications through telephony servers, present personality profiles, detect abusive behaviour, and support real-time language translation. An interaction enhancement module (320), a recommendation module (325), a feedback module (330), and a post- interaction module (335) provide rehearsal, recommendations, feedback, counselling, and post-match engagement.
