Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and a method (200) for providing a simulated organizational virtual internship environment. The system (100) includes a hierarchical simulation engine (10), a submission processing module (20), an artificial-intelligence evaluation engine (30), a progression controller (40), a human escalation module (50), a virtual mentor feedback generation engine (60), an adaptive learning and content delivery module (70), a credential and verification module (80). The hierarchical simulation engine (10) maintains dependency-linked projects within an organizational hierarchy. The submission processing module (20) converts learner-generated submissions into machine-readable representations for criterion-level evaluation by the artificial-intelligence evaluation engine (30). The progression controller (40) controls project completion, project unlocking, and transfer of learner-generated output artefacts between dependent projects. The human escalation module (50) supports reviewer intervention, while the virtual mentor feedback generation engine (60) generates persona-conditioned feedback.
