Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and a method (200) for processing a structured admission document. The system (100) includes a document input interface (10) to receive an image of a structured admission document, an image preprocessing and alignment engine (20), a configurable template repository (30), a multi-stage document validation engine (40), a conditional validation gate (50), an adaptive workflow orchestration engine (60), a plurality of information-extraction engines (70), a result aggregation engine (80). The image is aligned with a reference image prior to information extraction. The conditional validation gate (50) inhibits downstream extraction when a mandatory validation condition is not satisfied. Upon successful validation, the adaptive workflow orchestration engine (60) selectively initiates required information-extraction engines (70). The result aggregation engine (80) combines the extracted outputs with validation results and template information to generate a structured admission record.
