MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641072181 A) filed by Gurunathan Gunaseelan on June 10, 2026, for A System And A Method For Multi-Turn Probe-Based Evaluation Of An Artificial Intelligence Agent.
Inventor includes Gurunathan Gunaseelan.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: A system for multi-turn probe-based evaluation of an artificial intelligence agent is disclosed. A communication module (310) initiates a communication session with an artificial intelligent agent. An attack generation module (315) transmits an attack input to the artificial intelligence agent. A response analysis module (320) receives a first response and subsequently parses the first response. A first evidence chain module (325) creates a first cryptographic unique marker. A probe generation module (330) iteratively transmits a plurality of targeted follow-up probes to the artificial intelligence agent and receives corresponding responses, until a vulnerability is confirmed. A second evidence chain module (335) creates a respective cryptographic unique marker for the plurality of targeted follow-up probes and the corresponding responses. A vulnerability determination module (340) determines a vulnerability status based on the first response and the corresponding responses. A classification module (345) classifies the vulnerability status into at least one category. FIG. 3
