Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING METAL POWDER AND AN ATOMIZATION UNIT THEREOF The present disclosure relates to a system (100), a method (200) for manufacturing metal powder and an atomization unit (130’) thereof. The system (100) includes a feeder subsystem (110) adapted to receive a metal electrode (T). A melting subsystem (120) is disposed downstream in relation to the feeder subsystem (110). The melting subsystem (120) is configured to melt the metal electrode (T) to form a molten matrix (M) of the metal electrode (T). An atomization subsystem (130) includes an atomization unit (130’) disposed downstream in relation to the melting subsystem (120). The atomization unit (130’) includes an inlet portion (130-1), and an atomization portion (130-2) in fluid communication with at least one gas inlet conduit (130-3) disposed tangentially to the atomization portion (130-2). The system (100) disclosed herein helps in manufacturing metal powder with particles having high flowability and constant granular size of each granule of the metal powder. Reference
