Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and a method (200) for configuration-driven management and platform-independent delivery of an interactive workflow. The system (100) includes an administrative configuration module (10), a common interaction configuration module (20), a configuration management module (30), a distribution module (40), a dynamic rendering module (50), a response processing module (60), a configuration synchronization module (70), an administrative dashboard (80), and a multi-tenant administration module (90). The system (100) generates a platform-independent machine-readable interaction definition from centrally received workflow configuration information and publishes the interaction definition to heterogeneous client applications. The dynamic rendering module (50) interprets the interaction definition to render a corresponding user interface and enforce defined validation and workflow execution rules. Updated configuration versions are synchronized with previously integrated client applications, while user interaction data is processed, monitored, and maintained across multiple logically segregated organizations.
