Abstract: A system and a method for automated governance and dynamic pricing of a service environment is disclosed. The system includes a processor and memory whose instructions cause: receive service session inputs associated with stakeholders pertaining to a service environment from user device via user interface; receive biometric inputs corresponding to stakeholders; verify identity and physical presence of stakeholders during service sessions based on biometric inputs; receive feedback inputs from user of stakeholders; assign weighted values based on logarithmic scale of transaction value or verified seniority; detect critical failure state based on feedback scores falling below feedback-score threshold value; increase weighting factor; aggregate weighted values to determine trust and performance index; determine maximum allowable price; prevent price increases; detect regulatory or performance violations; place service environment in restricted operational state; maintain restricted operational state until verification of corrective action and penalty payment; receive cryptographic reset token; and restore service environment.
