Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR AI-BASED DETECTION OF VIRAL MANIPULATED MEDIA AND PREDICTIVE ELECTORAL IMPACT ORCHESTRATION The present disclosure relates to a system and method for AI-based detection of viral manipulated media and predictive electoral impact orchestration. The system comprises a media acquisition module, adversarial deepfake analysis unit, viral mutation intelligence engine, blockchain-assisted provenance validation module, federated misinformation-learning framework, neuro-symbolic electoral reasoning engine, and multi-modal authenticity fusion module configured to identify manipulated multimedia content and coordinated misinformation campaigns across distributed communication platforms. The system performs facial inconsistency analysis, semantic anomaly detection, physiological authenticity assessment, spectral voice verification, and metadata integrity validation for generating manipulation integrity confidence tensors. The invention further tracks evolving misinformation variants including cropped, compressed, subtitle-modified, multilingual, and adversarially perturbed derivatives.
