Abstract: The present invention discloses a synergistic nematicidal composition comprising 6-Methoxykaempferol, Heptyl Acetate, and 3-Ketoursolic Acid. The composition exhibits profound synergistic activity against plant-parasitic nematodes, particularly Meloidogyne incognita, with Bliss Synergy Ratio (BSR) values ranging from 1.69 to 2.81 as determined by the Bliss Independence model. Laboratory bioassays demonstrate up to 96.3% juvenile mortality, 89.7% egg hatch inhibition, and 79.8% juvenile paralysis. Greenhouse trials confirm superior nematode suppression with 88.9% reduction in gall index and 93.8% reduction in J2 population. The composition comprises 1.5% 6-Methoxykaempferol, 1.0% Heptyl Acetate, and 2.0% 3-Ketoursolic Acid with agriculturally acceptable excipients. The invention provides an effective, low-toxicity nematicidal composition for sustainable agricultural pest management.
