MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641106342 A) filed by Arkanex Technologies Private Limited on September 03, 2026, for A Synergistic Hybrid Energy Harvesting Apparatus.

Inventor includes Mr. Harshavardhan Reddy Sathy.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a synergistic hybrid energy harvesting apparatus (100) configured for simultaneous wind and solar energy harvesting. The apparatus (100) comprises a rotatable central shaft assembly (102), a plurality of wing members (104), an electrical generator (114), flexible thin-film photovoltaic assemblies (106), an interchangeable coupling interface (108), an electrical interconnection assembly, and a rotary electrical transfer assembly (112). The wing members (104) interact with wind flow to rotate the central shaft assembly (102), and the electrical generator (114) converts the rotation into wind-generated electrical energy. The photovoltaic assemblies (106) convert incident solar radiation into solar-generated electrical energy and are removably coupled to the wing members (104) through the interchangeable coupling interface (108). The electrical interconnection assembly collects and distributes photovoltaic electrical output, while the rotary electrical transfer assembly (112) conveys the photovoltaic output from the rotating structure to a stationary electrical output. The apparatus (100) may further provide airflow-assisted cooling and self-cleaning of the photovoltaic assemblies (106), thereby improving operational stability and renewable energy generation. The figure associated with the abstract is Fig. 1.
