The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYNERGISTIC COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR SALT-FREE AND SODA-ASH-FREE REACTIVE DYE FIXATION ON CELLULOSIC TEXTILES The present invention relates to a chemical composition and process for fixation of reactive dyes on cellulose-containing textile substrates. The composition comprises an alkaline fixation component, a 10 buffering component, a sequestering component, a wetting and/or dispersing component and a stabilising component, and is configured for use as an alternative to conventional reactive dyeing systems employing separate salt and soda ash additions. The composition is suitable for yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing and garment dyeing and for use in jigger, soft-flow, winch and other textile dyeing machines. The process may reduce total dissolved solids loading, process cycles, water consumption, electrical power consumption, thermal 15 energy or firewood consumption, processing time and machine operating hours while providing reactive dye fixation. The invention is applicable to cotton, viscose, rayon, modal, lyocell and other cellulosecontaining textile materials.
