Abstract: A switch module (100) for vehicle comprises a housing (102) configured to support one or more component of the switch module (100), a knob (104) supported in the housing (106) and adapted to exhibit a pivot of movement with regards to a pivot axis and a push movement with regard to the pivot axis, a detent pin (108) coupled with the knob (104) through a resilient member (122), a first microswitch (110) being located with the housing (102) and on a first side of the pivot axis, a second microswitch (112) being located with the housing (102) and on a second side of the pivot axis and a third microswitch (114) being located with the housing (102) and being in line with the push movement of the knob (104).
