The hydrogel network provides intrinsic self-healing capability through reversible hydrogen bonding mechanisms. Embedded IoT- enabled sensors continuously monitor pressure, deformation, humidity, and temperature during harvesting operations. An AI-powered digital twin framework utilizing machine learning algorithms performs adaptive grip optimization, wear prediction, and predictive maintenance analysis.
