Abstract: ABSTRACT “A Sustainable High-Performance Cementitious Plaster Composition Comprising Industrial By-products and a Method of Preparing the Same” The present invention relates to a sustainable high-performance cementitious plaster composition and a method of preparing the same. The plaster composition comprises a binder system including Portland clinker together with one or more supplementary cementitious materials selected from Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS), silica fume and fly ash, and optionally hydrated lime and gypsum. The composition further comprises graded fine aggregates, reinforcing fibres, polymer modifiers and chemical admixtures. Multiple optimized binder formulations are disclosed as alternative embodiments. The synergistic interaction of the hydraulic and pozzolanic constituents produces a dense cementitious matrix exhibiting improved compressive strength, flexural strength, adhesion, crack resistance, dimensional stability, reduced permeability and enhanced durability while reducing Portland clinker consumption and the associated carbon footprint. The invention further provides methods for preparing, applying and curing the plaster composition for use in masonry, concrete and other construction applications.
