Abstract: Disclosed herein is support stand assembly (100) for vehicle. The support stand assembly (100) includes mounting base (110) configured to be mounted below the vehicle. A scissor linkage (111) including first leg (120) and second leg (130) is pivotally connected at pivoting point (124) to define scissor mechanism. The first leg (120) has first end (120-1) and second end (120-2). The second leg (130) has first end (130-1) and second end (130-2). A first four-bar linkage assembly (140) is adapted to couple the first end (120-1) of the first leg (120) to the mounting base (110). A second four-bar linkage assembly (150) couples the first end (130-1) of the second leg (130) to the mounting base (110). The first four-bar linkage assembly (140) and the second four-bar linkage assembly (150) are actuated, pivoting the scissor linkage (111) to orient the support stand assembly (100) between retracted state and extended state.
