The body (10) may be disposed underneath a block (B) of the internal combustion engine (E) and defined with a base portion (20) and at least one wall (30). The at least one wall (30) extends from the base portion (20) to define an internal region (IR) and an external region (ER). The provision (32) may be defined on the said at least one wall (30). The provision (32) may be configured to allow a rotary member (101) of the internal combustion engine (E) to extend from the internal region (IR) towards the external region (ER) to accommodate at least one balance weight (105) at an extended portion (101a) of the rotary member (101).
