Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a standardized Vitamin D Knowledge–Attitude–Practice assessment methodology (100) for personalized clinical decision support. The methodology (100) comprises a participant (102), a KAP assessment module (104), a domain-wise scoring module (106), an interpretation module (108), an SMS-BSR clinical risk assessment module (110), an integrated decision matrix (112), and a standardized intervention category module (114). The KAP assessment module (104) obtains Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice responses through a structured questionnaire. The domain-wise scoring module (106) determines predefined scores for the respective domains, and the interpretation module (108) generates domain classifications and an overall KAP classification. The SMS-BSR clinical risk assessment module (110) determines Low, Moderate, or High clinical risk. The integrated decision matrix (112) combines behavioral status and clinical risk to generate a corresponding standardized intervention category through the module (114), thereby providing a structured and reproducible basis for education, counselling, lifestyle intervention, monitoring, and personalized clinical decision support.
