Abstract: [041] The present invention discloses a standardized moringa seed-derived bioactive composition for anticancer activity and a process for preparation thereof. The composition comprises a marker-enriched moringa seed fraction obtained from defatted moringa seed material, a stabilizing carrier matrix, and one or more acceptable excipients. The process includes cleaning, drying, milling, defatting, controlled extraction, optional enzymatic activation, filtration, concentration, drying, marker-based standardization, and carrier- assisted formulation of moringa seed material. The standardized fraction is enriched with anticancer-associated phytochemical constituents selected from glucosinolate-derived compounds, isothiocyanate-related compounds, phenolic compounds, flavonoid compounds, sterol compounds, and combinations thereof. The carrier matrix improves stability, dispersibility, and controlled release of the active fraction in a biological medium. The composition is configured to inhibit abnormal cell proliferation, induce apoptosis- associated changes, modulate oxidative stress, alter cell-cycle progression, and reduce non-specific cytotoxicity compared with crude moringa seed extract.
