Abstract: A STABLE RETINOID COSMETIC FORMULATION FOR LONG-TERM SKIN REJUVENATION AND ENHANCED TOPICAL TOLERABILITY This disclosure presents a stable retinoid cosmetic formulation engineered for long-term skin rejuvenation and enhanced topical tolerability. The formulation incorporates a Retinoid Longevity Delivery System (RLDS) comprising hydroxypinacolone retinoate, bakuchiol, dimethyl isosorbide, a silicone elastomer network, and a humectant- rich matrix to enable sustained retinoid activity with reduced irritation. The composition delivers multi-dimensional benefits including improved hydration, barrier reinforcement, enhanced firmness, smoother texture, and more even skin tone. The retinoid actives are formulated to improve tolerability by reducing peak-dose exposure, while maintaining efficacy. A lamellar emulsifier system supports barrier integrity and helps prevent transepidermal water loss during prolonged use. Additional components including vitamin B derivatives and postbiotic actives further support skin homeostasis and pigmentation balance. The formulation demonstrates improved stability, retaining =90% retinoid activity under accelerated conditions, and reduced erythema compared to conventional retinol-based systems, enabling safe, continuous use for effective and sustained anti-aging performance.
