Abstract: The present invention discloses a stable multi-functional composition comprising one or more remineralizing agent selected from group comprising Nano- hydroxyapatite (n-HAp), CPP- ACP in the range of 1-2%, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in the range of 0.5-1%, sweeteners are selected from Xylitol, sorbitol and stevia in the range of 55-65 %, base matrix is composed of food grade polymer, calcium carbonate, natural, rice flour tapioca starch, natural gum base blend in the range of 25-30%, natural waxes in the range of 5-10 % and natural softener and optionally consists of fluoride, preferably sodium fluoride in the range of 0.02-0.05%. the present invention also discloses a method for its preparation and utility thereof.
