Abstract: The present invention relates to a stable liquid composition of Bilastine and Montelukast sodium and a preservative system which improves physicochemical and microbiological stability of the liquid composition. The preservative system comprises combinations of antimicrobial agents and a chelating agent. The preservative system used in present system helps in reducing Enterobacter gergoviae growth or proliferation in liquid composition wherein liquid composition is suspension.
