Abstract: ABSTRACT A SQUARE BOBBIN ASSEMBLY FOR WARP BEAM PREPARATION The present disclosure provides a square bobbin assembly for warp beam preparation in weaving operations. The assembly comprises a lower housing (101) and an upper housing (102) configured to mate together to form an assembled part (103). The lower housing (101) includes a groove structure, while the upper housing (102) is facilitated to slide into and fit securely within the groove of the lower housing (101). The assembled part (103) has a generally cubic structure with an opening through its center for mounting onto a square rod. The assembly includes top and bottom flanges extending outward from the central cubic portion to provide stability. The square bobbin assembly is capable of accommodating and organizing multiple threads, offering improved efficiency over traditional cylindrical or rectangular warp beam in handloom weaving processes.
