Abstract: The present invention relates to a soybean hydrolysate-based anti-aging cosmetic composition and a process for preparing the same. The composition comprises a soybean protein hydrolysate obtained through controlled enzymatic hydrolysis using papain, in combination with hydroxyproline and/or N-acetyl hydroxyproline, vegetable oils, beeswax, glycerol monostearate, lecithin, Tween 80, glycerol, antioxidants, preservatives, perfume, and cosmetically acceptable excipients. The enzymatic hydrolysis process generates bioactive peptides, amino acids, and phytoestrogens that support collagen synthesis, skin protein regeneration, extracellular matrix remodeling, and skin barrier repair. The formulation provides enhanced skin hydration, improved skin elasticity, wrinkle reduction, and overall skin rejuvenation. The composition exhibits excellent physicochemical stability, favorable rheological properties, skin-compatible pH, and high dermal safety. The process eliminates the need for microbial fermentation, thereby reducing contamination risks and improving manufacturing consistency. The invention provides a safe, cost- effective, scalable, and commercially viable cosmetic formulation for maintaining healthy, even-toned, and youthful-looking skin.
