MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621074168 A) filed by Anant Keshav Rajegaonkar; and Jayashree Anant Rajegaonkar on June 15, 2026, for A Sovereign Multi-Layer Synchronization And Governance Architecture For Autonomous Distributed Systems.
Inventor includes Anant Keshav Rajegaonkar.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a Sovereign Multi-Layer Synchronization and Governance Architecture(100) for Autonomous Distributed Systems. The present invention includes a distributed node device(102), a synchronization governance server computer(104), a network control device(110), a data storage device(112) and a display device(114). The distributed node device(102) is configured to generate operational state data and synchronization data. The distributed node device(102) is configured to transmit synchronization data, mission data, trust data and operational state data. The synchronization governance database(106) includes a divergence detection module, a predictive lead-time forecasting module and a governance digital twin module. The divergence detection module is configured to calculate synchronization divergence between local node timing information and reference timing information. The present invention enables prediction and pre-emptive control of synchronization integrity, trust integrity and mission continuity before occurrence of physical divergence or system failure.
