Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a springless suspension system using bevel gears (100) for absorbing road-induced shocks and vibrations without employing conventional coil springs or leaf springs. The system comprises a wheel displacement transmission assembly (101) configured to receive vertical wheel displacement, a bevel gear mechanism (102) configured to convert the vertical displacement into rotational motion, a shaft transmission assembly (103) configured to transmit the rotational motion, a DC motor (104) and a motor driver module (105) configured to generate controlled rotational resistance, a power supply assembly (106), a switching arrangement (107), a mounting assembly (108), and an electromechanical damping arrangement (109) configured to dissipate impact energy and suppress vibrations. The coordinated operation of the mechanical transmission and electromechanical damping arrangement stabilizes the vehicle, minimizes oscillations, reduces maintenance requirements, and enhances suspension durability while eliminating conventional spring elements.
