A motorized retractable rope unit (108) configured to automatically actuate upon detection of a fall event. An alert unit (110) comprising a buzzer. A wireless communication module (112) configured to transmit sensor data in real time. A cloud-based database (114) configured to receive, store, and manage the transmitted sensor data.
