Abstract: The present invention discloses a smart ring (102), comprising a processing unit (206) disposed within the smart ring (102), a sensor unit (202) configured to capture at least one gesture data of a user and transmit the captured gesture data to the processing unit (206), a communication unit (204) disposed within the smart ring, configured to establish communication between the smart ring (102) and a vehicle (104). Further, a gesture recognition unit (302) disposed within the processing unit (206), is configured to process the captured gesture data and generate at least one control command corresponding to at least one action of the vehicle (104), wherein the control command is transmitted to an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) (406) disposed within the vehicle (104) through the communication unit (204), to control the action of the vehicle (104).
