MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611076702 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology on June 20, 2026, for A Smart Processor Load Balancing Apparatus For Computing Nodes.
Inventors include Ashish Kumar; and Dr. Megha Gupta.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: A smart processor load balancing apparatus for computing nodes is disclosed. The apparatus receives real-time node state information including processor load, thermal margin, memory pressure, queue behavior, power state, and communication latency. A normalization arrangement converts heterogeneous node measurements into comparable indicators, while an adaptive scoring engine evaluates suitability for workload placement according to configurable policies. A dispatch interface communicates allocation, routing, migration, or restriction instructions to existing workload controllers. The apparatus improves workload distribution across dynamic computing environments while supporting heterogeneous node capacity and changing operating conditions.
