Abstract: The present invention discloses a smart, portable electric lunchbox designed to provide infrastructure-independent, uniform food reheating through an integrated battery-powered thermal architecture. The lunchbox features an insulated enclosure split into an upper food chamber and a lower electronics compartment. A heating stack, comprising a serpentine resistive nichrome wire heating element placed directly below an aluminum conduction plate, forms the floor of the food chamber to ensure uniform heat distribution. The device is powered by an 11.1V 3S lithium-ion battery pack regulated by an intelligent battery management system. A central microcontroller equipped with an integrated Bluetooth module enables complete offline wireless programming, allowing users to store customized heating schedules and multi-stage profiles via a mobile application for autonomous local execution. High-precision temperature control is achieved through a dual-sensor layout featuring a plate-mounted NTC thermistor and a chamber ambient sensor. Real-time metrics are rendered on an onboard OLED display screen, while system safety is secured using a redundant dual-layer firmware and hardware thermal cut-off protection framework.
