Abstract: A smart packaging system for pharmaceutical stability comprises a pharmaceutical container, sensing module, package integrity module, stability processing unit, memory unit, power module, indicator interface, communication interface, and product specific stability profile. The system monitors environmental exposure and package access events associated with an individual pharmaceutical package. Sensor data and integrity signals are compared with programmed stability criteria to generate a usable, caution, excursion, or rejection status. The system provides local indication and optional electronic communication while preserving protected exposure records for quality review.
