Abstract: The Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Charging System is designed to provide an efficient, flexible, and intelligent energy management solution by integrating multiple energy sources and output configurations. The system combines solar energy harvesting, DC-DC conversion, battery storage, and multi-level power distribution to support diverse charging requirements. A single charging infrastructure is developed to accommodate various vehicle types, including cars, bikes, and other electric mobility systems. The architecture enables multiple output levels such as 5V, 12V, and high-voltage ranges from 110V to 500V, ensuring compatibility with low-power electronics as well as high-capacity EV batteries. Additionally, the system supports both DC and AC outputs through DCAC conversion, allowing it to power AC loads when required. Intelligent control mechanisms optimize energy flow, enhance efficiency, and ensure safe operation. This multi-point, single-station charging approach promotes scalability, sustainability, and convenient energy access for modern transportation systems.
