The foam roller comprises a conductive silicone outer layer, a thermoelectric module, embedded electronic control circuitry, and a rechargeable power source. An active electrode matrix enables safe electrical stimulation based on skin contact detection. The system incorporates real-time monitoring and safety mechanisms, including temperature regulation, impedance sensing, and automatic shutdown features.
