A process optimization engine generates advisory or authorized control outputs for feed, aeration, agitation, temperature, gas composition, and pH correction within validated operating limits. The device also supports operator review, secure communication, local data buffering, and audit-ready traceability for regulated bioprocess manufacturing environments.
