Abstract: A SMART ASSISTIVE FOR REAL TIME PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL STRESS AND TRAUMA MONITORING The present invention relates to a smart assistive psychophysiological stress monitoring system for trauma care designed for real-time assessment of stress and emotional conditions using multimodal physiological sensing. The system integrates wearable bio signal acquisition, adaptive physiological analysis, intelligent stress evaluation, and continuous monitoring within a compact and portable architecture. Physiological parameters including pulse waveform activity, heart rate variability (HRV), galvanic skin response (GSR), body temperature variation, and movement patterns are continuously acquired using wearable sensors interfaced with a microcontroller-based processing unit. The acquired physiological signals undergo signal pre-processing, adaptive baseline calibration, and multimodal deviation analysis to identify physiological patterns associated with elevated stress, emotional dysregulation, and trauma-related responses. The system generates a personalized psychophysiological profile for each user and continuously updates the profile based on individual physiological variations to improve recognition accuracy and minimize false detections. A weighted stress fusion framework computes a unified stress index by integrating cardiovascular, electro dermal, thermal, and motion-related parameters for realtime emotional state assessment. The invention further incorporates monitoring and communication capabilities for real-time visualization, data logging, longitudinal physiological observation, and assistive analytics through external monitoring platforms. The proposed framework enables continuous adaptive monitoring while maintaining portability, scalability, and real- time responsiveness. The invention may be utilized in trauma care applications, stress management systems, emotional health monitoring, occupational safety environments, psychological support systems, PTSD care, and other assistive psychophysiological monitoring applications requiring continuous and personalized stress assessment.
